Desert Daze Camping Intro and Booking Information
The large field found directly east of the SBID building and north of the Spences Bridge Fire hall will be sectioned off into 20×20 sq. ft. and 20×40 sq. ft. sections for use by our festival fans. Everyone loves camping and this will allow for a short walk to the festival grounds proper and permit our patrons the option of fully enjoying the entire experience without concerns about driving to and from their campsite!
BOOKING INFORMATION
All campers above the age of 12 must also be General Admission ticket holders for the Desert Daze festival itself for the day(s) you will be occupying a camping space – no exceptions!
You may pay for your General Admissions at the Campground Admission gate while paying for your camping space. NOTE: we accept CASH ONLY for all sales and purchases at this time.
Campsites are numbered and pre-assigned when registered. Pre-registered campers will have priority access to the campground! (See “Check-in, Check-out Times” below). Please present a copy of your pre-registration form at the Campground Admission gate.
NO REFUNDS
Sites are limited to 1 camping unit per site and/or one travel vehicle and limited to a maximum number of people depending on site size. Exceptions may be made for families with more than two non-adult children (under the age of 12).
Maximum number of campers for a 20×20 site: 4
Maximum number of campers for a 20×40 site: 6
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIMES
For Pre-Registered Weekend ticket holders or Friday Only ticket holders: check-in noon Friday.
- For non-registered weekend or Friday-only ticket holders: check-in 2:00 pm Friday.
- For Pre-Registered Saturday Only ticket holders – check in 9:00 am Saturday
- For non-registered weekend or Saturday-only ticket holders: check-in 10:00 am Saturday.
For Pre-registered Saturday Evening Only ticket holders – check-in 4:00pm Saturday.
- For non-registered Saturday Evening only ticket holders: check-in 5:00 pm Saturday.
ALL CHECK-INS WILL BE CLOSED BY 6:00 PM TO AVOID NIGHT TRAFFIC
Check-out is no later than 10:00 am on Saturday for those camping Friday night only.
Check out is no later than 11:00 am on Sunday for those camping Saturday night.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
At check-in show a copy of your camping registration form and be prepared to show a photo ID if asked.
You will receive a camping pass card that is to be displayed clearly on your vehicle dashboard.
If you have not yet purchased your festival General Admission tickets you may do so at that time. All campers above the age of 12 must be General Admission ticket holders for the Desert Daze festival itself for the day(s) you will be occupying a camping space – no exceptions!
Check-in with your Festival tickets at the Main Festival Gate. You will also have the option of purchasing your festival tickets at the Main Festival Gate.
PARKING
A Festival Campgrounds Parking Pass will be issued upon request at time of registration at the campgrounds, display on your dash.
No additional parking available in the campground.
Additional parking is available in a parking site located between Hwy. 1 and the festival campground.
Additional Information:
Each vehicle is required to present its own camping pass.
Please respect the parking rules/signs at all times.
Keep campground driving lanes clear for emergency vehicle access.
**Vehicles parked on campground driving lanes will be towed at the owner’s expense.
