    ** Payment due before July 31st, 2018 to be eligible for the "Early Rate". Any payments received after that date will be considered "Late" and will be charged accordingly.

    Add $8.00 for each day of electricity. (Those requiring more than 20 amps must bring their own generator).

    PLEASE NOTE: All vendors are expected to carry their own insurance and are not covered by Desert Daze insurance. All vendors must sign a waiver upon arrival.


Vendor Application Agreement

Welcome to the  Desert Daze Festival!  We look forward to having vendors enhance the festival and provide a variety of items for sale.  Here are some guidelines:

  • no setting up near sprinklers, no driving on sprinklers (sprinkler locations will be clearly marked)
  • Friday set up: arrival after 12:00 pm – set up by 2:30 pm
  • Saturday set up: arrival after 10:00 am – set up by 12:30 pm
  • vendors are responsible for clean up near their space
  • vendors must supply their own extension cords if requiring electricity
  • vendors must have their own liability insurance
